I think that each of us is on a unique journey, and there are times when we may feel unsure or trapped. It's not uncommon to seek counseling when we feel hopeless, discouraged, anxious, or unsure about our path. However, I truly believe that everyone has the power to heal and find liberation from the challenges that hold them back. When we experience this freedom, it revitalizes us and allows us to focus on the things that truly matter in life. If you are currently in pain or have been hurt in the past, remember that healing is always within reach. I am here to assist you in discovering the hope and liberation you seek. I specialize in helping adults who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, difficulties adjusting to life changes, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and stress related to their work environment. Relationships can be quite challenging as they touch us at our core. Despite the vulnerability they expose, they also offer the companionship we long for. I take pleasure in working with couples, assisting them in enhancing and nurturing their existing bond, or even starting afresh to create a solid relationship where they feel secure and deeply connected. I have firsthand experience and understanding of the first responder community as I am married to a first responder. I have received specialized training to support and work with first responders, whether it's individually or with their spouses. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where your service is appreciated and honored.
